The City of Guelph real estate market shifts into a seller’s market this month. A lack of inventory is pushing the market while keeping both unit sales and sales volumes low. Despite this, the average sales prices are still rising compared to the previous months this year.

Down 44.38% from 2022’s $834,719,234 with unit sales of 599 down 30.11% from 2022’s 857. New listings of 836 are down 36.38% from a year ago, with the sales/listing ratio of 71.65% up 6.43%.

Year-to-date average sale price of $767,469


Down from $974,376 one year ago with median sale price of $738,000 down from $919,375 one year ago. Average days-on-market of 20.25 is up 12.25 days from last year.
